This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled for our services. By subscribing or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms stated below.
1. Subscribing Plan Payments
⭐ All payments made to Vartakam for Subscribing Plans, renewals, or service upgrades are final and non-refundable.
⭐ Once a plan is purchased and activated, it cannot be cancelled for a refund, whether used partially or not.
⭐ Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways, and Vartakam does not store any sensitive payment information.
2. No Refund Policy
We maintain a strict No Refund or Return Policy for all our digital and Subscribing Plan-based services.
This includes (but is not limited to):
⭐ Subscribing Plan fees
⭐ Renewal charges
⭐ Setup or customization fees
⭐ Domain registration or integrations
⭐ Add-ons and premium features
Since Vartakam provides instant access to a hosted SaaS platform, refunds cannot be issued once your account or plan has been created and activated.
3. Plan Cancellation
You may cancel your Subscribing Plan at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
However, please note:
⭐ Cancelling your plan does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining duration of your Subscribing Plan.
⭐ After cancellation, your account and associated data may be permanently deleted at the end of your billing cycle.
To avoid unwanted charges, please ensure you cancel your plan before the next renewal date.
4. Account Suspension or Termination
Vartakam reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates our Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses the platform. In such cases, no refund will be provided under any circumstance.
5. Free Trials (If Applicable)
If Vartakam offers a free trial period, users can explore the platform before purchasing a paid plan. Once you choose to upgrade to a paid plan, the payment becomes final and non-refundable, even if you decide to stop using the service.
6. Billing Errors
In case of any duplicate or incorrect charges due to a technical or billing error, please contact us immediately at admin@vartakam.com. We will review and, if valid, correct the error or issue a credit to your account.
7. Changes to Policy

⭐ Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
