1. Introduction
Vartakam is a multi-tenancy eCommerce SaaS platform that enables businesses and individuals to create, customize and manage their own online stores. Each client operates independently under their own account and database, while using the services provided by Vartakam.
By using our Service, you confirm that :
⭐ You are at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent.
⭐ You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
2. Account Registration
To use Vartakam, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for :
⭐ Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
⭐ All activities that occur under your account.
Vartakam will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.
3. Packages & Payments
⭐ Vartakam operates on a Subscribing Plan based model.
⭐ All pricing plans and payment details are available on our official website.
⭐ Payments are non-refundable once processed unless stated otherwise.
⭐ You authorize Vartakam to charge your selected payment method for recurring Subscribing Plan. (if applicable).
⭐ Vartakam reserves the right to modify pricing, plans or billing terms with prior notice.
4. Use of Service
You agree to use Vartakam only for lawful purposes. You must not :
⭐ Upload or sell illegal, harmful or copyrighted materials without authorization.
⭐ Use the platform for fraudulent or misleading activities.
⭐ Interfere with the operation of Vartakam’s systems, networks or security features.
⭐ Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.
5. Custom Domain & Third-Party Integrations
⭐ Clients may connect their own custom domains and integrate third-party services (such as payment gateways or analytics tools).
⭐ You are responsible for ensuring proper DNS configuration and integration.
⭐ Vartakam is not responsible for any issues, losses or damages caused by third-party integrations.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
⭐ All content, software and designs on Vartakam — including logos, themes and code — are owned or licensed by Vartakam Technologies and protected under intellectual property laws.
⭐ You retain ownership of your store’s data, products, content and branding, but grant Vartakam permission to host, display and process it for providing the service.
⭐ You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or distribute any part of Vartakam’s code or design without written permission.
7. Data & Privacy
⭐ Your privacy is important to us. Vartakam follows strict data protection and GDPR-compliant practices.
⭐ Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, store and process your data.
8. Termination of Service
You may cancel your Subscribing Plan at any time.
Vartakam reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if :
⭐ You violate these Terms.
⭐ Payment is not received on time.
⭐ Your use of the service poses a security or legal risk.
After termination, your access to the account and its data may be permanently deleted.
9. Limitation of Liability
⭐ Vartakam provides its services “as is” and “as available.”
⭐ We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or that all defects will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vartakam shall not be liable for :
⭐ Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
⭐ Loss of data, profits or business opportunities.
⭐ Third-party actions or integrations beyond our control.
10. Modifications to the Terms
Vartakam may update these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of our service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
